Jenna... you're not going to believe this gossip. No, I mean, it's unbelievable the things that happen to me, like Kala always says. I'm putting on my makeup and my hand is still shaking. Literally, this feels like a chapter from the latest romance novel I'm reading: the one about the single dad in a toxic relationship.
Grab whatever you have on hand—a coffee, a tea, or a glass of wine, since it's already two in the afternoon in Paris—because the gossip is off the charts. Carmelo, the doorman. Yes, him, the unofficial oracle of this building.
It turns out that the downstairs neighbor—yes, the hottie from 203, the one I told you about who comes up with his kid in his arms and has that million-dollar smile, the one I follow on TikTok—well, that's him. His wife dumped him. She dumped him, Jenna! For another man who dared to come looking for her here in Azuree Tower.

He only goes down to pick up deliveries or when the Uber comes to take the kid to daycare. But let me tell you something... he's hotter than ever! That heartbreak suits him.
